Shoes for the shower dress, with pic, HELP! UPDATED quesiton on bottom!
Okay so I'm kind of in love with these shoes for the dress, butt they're 5 inches. I'm really not a heels kind of person, I'm uncomfortable in 2.75 inch heels at the end of a work day but gosh they're just so cute and I think match perfectly. I'm also 5'5 and my fsil who is basically planning the entire shower with my mom and in the bridal party is 4'11 so will i look like a giant next to her in pics even if she wears high shoes too? They're also $215 which is way more than I usually spend on shoes but I have a $100 gift card so it's not so bad. Thoughts?? Have you worn 5 inches before, will it be unbearable?

They will not be unbearable since they have the platform in the front .. Im in LOVEEEE with these shoes too.

they are amaaaaaaazing.. but how short is that dress.. u dont want to be SUPER tall if the dress is short.

Hm it didn't seem that short on and I'm pretty self conscious with hoochy things lol. It's flowy so I can def scrunch it between my legs when sitting I'm hoping so no crotch shots.

Love the dress and love the shoes!!
Unfortunately, I think if you have issues with a 2.75 in heel then you won't feel that great in these. It's def good that they have the platform though, so it could help.
Where are you getting the shoes? What's the return policy like? If it's easy, then get the shoes and try them out.

They sell them at most department stores. I planned on going back to Bloomingdale's. They dont have my size online so I'd like to try them on in the store.

I agree with Becca and try to see what the return policy is. Bring them home, try on the dress, and if you love them and are comfortable then go for it but DEF bring a change of shoes just in case you're feet start to hurt. The last thing you want is the ugly feet hurt walk going on at your shower! HAHA!

I think Michele has led me to these:
I know it's hard to tell in the pic because the dress looks very blush here, but in person it's more of an ivory yellow. The color of these shoes was more the color I was originally looking for because in the dress I actually purchased there is this huge hot pink flower on the side that I think is this color exactly. Are these cute?

I LOVE these shoes but it might pop too much with the dress. I know if you get them from zappos you can return them and there is no shipping fee so that might be a try. Worse come to worse you have AWESOME shoes to wear anytime you want HAHA!
