For those of you who have been to Greece I keep reading about wearing comfortable shoes....does this mean i can only wear sneakers? I have such pretty sun dresses and I would love to wear sandles...but are my feet not going to make it? Anyone know???

Re: shoes in greece
you can totally wear sandals with a low heel...I always do when I go there!
i find that wearing sneakers during the day make my feet overheat, so sandals are great!

Re: shoes in greece
when i went to greece, i brought 11 pairs of heels, and could not wear ANY of them! It's all cobblestone,..i ended up buying a sandal (like a grecian or roman one that goes around the ankle and up the center) on the streets and lived in them for the remainder of the trip...anything flat (flip flop, sandal) is fine..i only wore sneakers when we went to the Acropolis...HTH!

I bought Merrel shoes for my honeymoon. They are really cute & performance sandles- good for rough terrain. I bought them at Lord & Taylor...
