My wedding is in mid Oct, I chose closed toe, because i fell in love with the shoe
I got them from Smart Bargains for 75% the original price

Open toed shoes would be fine for a winter wedding - you'll be spending most of your time inside.

....although when I wore open toed shoes to FHs company Christmas party last year, the walk in from the parking lot seemed to take forever!!!! I had some cold toes!
