SHOOTING at N. Illinois COLLEGE yesterday

A gunman opened fire at Northern Illinois University on Thursday, killing seven people before taking his own life.
There were also 22 injured. He came in a back door on to a stage, to a room filled with 150 college students with a shot gun and 2 hand guns and opened fire with out saying a word

yeah i was heating all about it last night & this morning.

I am so saddened by this all. There are serious things wrong in our world.

I can't imagine the pain the families are going through

This is awful!!!!

There was a threat at MacArthur HS for today. Extra security was there. Several notes were left in the bathrooms i think. What is wrong with people???

i wonder if the media stopped sensationalizing it if these things would stop.

By no means am I blaming the media for these misguided gunmen, I just wonder if the media didn;t talk about it for 2 years if it would change?
