a friend of mine bought one (in CT) and it took over a year between the banks & all that. i heard it's a bit quicker now, but you really have to have time!

This is kind of old, but yea... we put offers on two and both fell through... either because of another offer or because the seller didn't' have the proper paperwork, etc. It's tricky and can be really annoying. Usually the seller left and is hard to get in touch with which makes it long and sometimes it falls through and goes to foreclosure instead. If the house is recently occupied and good condition it can be really worth it!

My friends visited there last time...contains great stuff there....i sure me also will must be visited there in future...
