So my wedding is going to be in the fall so I decided that I would make my own centerpieces and after halloween I went out and bought these really cute candle pilar pumpkins. I still love them but am now leaning towards a glass vase w rocks on the bottom and maybe a lily in the water and a floating candle on top. Should I go out and buy them too and I can use the pumpkin for the cocktail hour tables or do everyother for the RH. Or should I wait till next year incase I change my mind again? Ill try n post pics.
I like the pumpkin idea - its different, if that is what you are going for. The pillars are nice too but for October I feel the pumpkins work great.
If you think you are going to keep changing your mind - maybe sit on these 2 for a while and see if there is anything else out there you may like. You don't want to keep dropping cash and exchanging things.
Not sure either - but check with your RH as they may provide some items for your CP's.

I think both are very nice!!! If I were you I would probably go with the glass vases filled with water, submerged flower, and floating candle. I just think it looks more elegant. But I do also love your pumpkin candle idea...it's so cute!!! As previously mentioned I think that you should think about it for some time and then make your decision because you don't want to spend money and then change your mind.

i like the pillars and pumpkins! the pumpkins r a bit more unique, so its kool. but i loove the look of the pillars n candles.................but if ure gonna change ur mind again, i'd hold off on it.

I like the pumpkins..if they are not that big maybe use them for CH
Another idea I saw at someones wedding for CPs they carved pumpkins (just the top) and put mums in them..they were really nice and fallish

I think both look really nice! I think you should wait a little while and think about what you want. You wouldn't want to change your mind after purchasing all the materials.

I think it depends on how fall themed you want to get. I love all the pumpkin ideas out there but my wedding wasn't late enough in the year that I thought it was appropriate, so I'm purposely staying away from that... but if you like it and your wedding is truly fall, theng o for it.
I DO like those vases though, very pretty. Tough call. You've got time, girl :) Sit on it a little and see where it takes u.
