I just called the place where I ordered my dress and it is still not in. They say they dont know when it will or when my girls dresses will be in. I said well you told me that my dress would be in store the last week of Jan. and the girls dresses would be in the first week of Feb. We are now in the 3rd week and I have no dress. My wedding is in 58 days. What do I do now??? Should I be freaking out because I kinda am but I am trying to keep it under control until someone tells me hat I should be very concerned!

I would contact the manufacturer. You're dress should definitely be in by now.

I don't vote for panic, but I definitely vote for calling back and being very assertive and demanding some sort of an answer. If the salesperson can't help, ask for the manager, or owner if there is one. I'd want to know why they can't tell you when it will be in and if that is true, why did they tell you the first date estimates?
So--don't panic yet!! Just start kicking some *ss over there. And I agree, if they can't give you satisfaction, call the manufacturer directly and explain the situation.

How long ago did you order. It should not take more than 15 weeks I think for it to be done. Anyway, I would demand the number for the place making the dress and call them, or e-mail if you have to. Prom season is coming up so alterations will be hard to do the closed to April you get.

I agree- Try not to panic-but get on top of them! Call company that made the dresses and find out where the hell they are. I would even ask how they ship and what kind of tracking system they use. Good Luck

I ordered my dress in July so I was told I would have PLENTY of time lol. Guess not! Too bad I didnt hear all of the bad things about this place before I ordered. I would have never ever ever ever ordered from them! I called back- no answers yet. Mind you I have been calling since the other day and noone has returned a phone call yet. I can barely get them to pick up the phone its always busy. I should just go done there and raise some serious Hell!

Jenn, How about taking a ride and having them deal with you in person? That is when I would be really loud and demanding!! Make a scene and try to get some answers. Good luck!
