My invites had a response date of June 28th. As of now I have 3 invites outstanding. I called two of these people on Thursday morning and left a message with 3 numbers where I can be reached, I havent heard from them yet. My question do you think its too soon to call again? I have to have my final headcount in by the 9th.

I definitely would - you only have 2 days to get the #s in! They might take a day or 2 to call you back!

I would call again. You called on Thursday so that is 4 days ago and this is information that is urgent and important. They are the ones that are late, so they cant get offended that you are calling them for a definite answer.

well it was a holiday weekend... if you dont have to have it in til wednesday, i would say give them today, and call up tomorow, if you dont get them then just assume no's

Stacy I feel for you we have 1 that is like that called us on Frankie's cell phone -- I am coming Then sent an E-mail I may not be coming. No definite answer not responding to anything!! So I feel for you

i would call again-and say on their message--if i don't hear from you by________i will assume that you are not coming.........i don't understand how hard it is to send the response back!

Nope, I'd call again, but I'd wait till tomorrow. They may have been away for the holiday, and may call you tonight after work/dinner.

I wouldn't call again. I would assume no. It's easier to add last minute and pay the difference than getting it back.
