So last time I met with the florist I showed her a $100 off coupon from fortunoff bridal event. She said she didn't need it becuase 'eveyone uses them and they already worked it into my package' Really? That is interesting becuase I have my original quote which is itemized by price and the anount matches the current one and nowhere on the contract does it say anything at all about the $100 coupon. I hate when people lie! Anyway, should I confront her and say that I knowed it wasn't used or should I just let it go?

Of course you should confront her. Maybe she took it off somewhere else but if you dont ask her you will never know and it will always bother you. It wont hurt to bring it up again.

I say confront her. bring her the itemized break down of the bill and tell her that you think she made a mistake and it doesnt' seem to have been taken off. If she insites it was, ask her to explain and show you exactly where since the price is the same as it was when you first went. Don't let her get away with it.

i would confront her..but do it in a nice way...like the other girls said..just ask her to go over it with you..times are tight right now with wedding planning.you have every right to want to save $$$..so if you kindly ask her there shouldnt be a problem..she'll understand..but if you go to her irrational and pissed...there is a chance she could 'accidently' mess up a boquet or centerpiece on your wedding day..

I would bring it up again. If she's still says, 'I've worked it into the package', I would reply by saying, 'Oh, next time I'm at Fortunoff, I'll let them know that you already worked this discount into the package because Fortunoff shouldn't be printing and distributing false information'
I betcha THAT will get her moving!
