Would it make any sense for me to go to the get together? I'm getting married in 78 days (thanks countdown clock!), and done with most of the planning (I'd better be done w/all of it by June 8th!). We booked our site in December and have done the whole thing since then I only found this board a few weeks ago, although I am blue already!......hmmm......

I would definetely go. Why would you even consider not going? You get to meet everyone and put a face with a screenname.

You should go! I wish I could, but I have pre-cana I have been to a few GTGs. The first few were when I did not post a lot or have any planning stuff that I was working on. Its great to meet new people and spend time getting to know the girls who you chat with on the boards. Plus they give away great prizes

The GTG have nothing really to do with planning as much as it is for everyone to meet - since there is a newlywed board - there will be newlyweds there as well. Don't be silly - come and meet all of us and have a great time!
