I am wondering if I should tip the organist amd cantor. The fee for the organist is part of the 'donation' for the church and the cantor is $75. Should I tip them? If so, how much do you think is appropriate?

I am not tipping the organist. She told me what her price was for her service, so I am paying her for that service.
edited to say: we will be tipping the altar boys, though. Fi used to be an altar boy and they don't get paid to work at the wedding, they are completely volunteering. So, we'll be giving them some cash.

ours is included in the price. we are not tipping her. Maybe buy her a little gift? or give her one of the favors from the wedding
