we are giving Mikasa votive holders as favors. they come in the box that is in the picture below. I am going to use the burgundy ribbon and matching gifts tags in the picture. I really like how it looks from the front because the silver Mikasa logo matches the silver lettering on the tag. But I don't like how it looks from the side because of the barcode. Should I just leave it as is and assume no one else will care or notice, or should I wrap each one with silver wrapping paper and then put the ribbon and tags on them?

no they look nice this way,I went to a wedding and the guest opened the favors and left the paper on the tables and there seats.

That is a really nice favor, the barcode is throwing me off though, I say wrap them

Personally, I would wrap them.

That said, if I got it as a wedding favor (unwrapped), I wouldn't notice and it wouldn't bother me at all.

So if you have the time and extra cash, go ahead and wrap them (I'd prefer white paper to silver, but go with what you like) and then do the bows / stickers. If you don't, though, I think it's completely unnecessary to wrap them.

What if you wrap ribbon along the bottom to cover the barcode if it bothers you. The wrapping paper may be left all over the table....also it's $ and time to wrap that isn't totally necessary. The boxes look fine but it depends on what you really want...good luck!!!

I would say wrap them or take them out of the boxes and wrap them in tulle and tie the ribbon and tag to the top.

Yes, you should wrap them. a gift should be wrapped. it just wont look as nice

Very nice - I would wrap them though. Get your bm's to come over and have a wrapping party

They look ok, I think you could definitely get away with not wrapping them but if the cost isn't too much I would wrap them so they'd look 'finished'.

Nice favor. I would wrap them because you could see the barcode and item description.

I would wrap them Plain white would be fine. What would be the reason for not wrapping it.
