okay, North Fork wedding, next summer. Immediate family of seven, all younger siblings. I am trying to tell my mother she should rent a house for the week before the wedding. (sun-sun type thing) It will be cheaper than putting everyone up in seperate hotel rooms/bed and breakfasts. no?

Besides, I think it would be fun to go out there 4 days or so before the wedding and hang out, cookout, make sure everything is settled, and live out my fantasy 'destination wedding!'

Anyone have any input/websites etc. on renting in North Fork?

Anyone just want to say anything in general about renting/hotel rooms/North Fork hotel drama?

Sounds cool! The only thing I can think of is to make sure the house comes with cooking appliances, etc. You woudn't want to buy pots and pans just for a week.
