Just got talipia from our cafeteria and it's pink in the very middle. Like meat and chicken I'm not too comfy eating it if it's pink in the middle.

It should not be pink...it is a white fish like flounder or sole and should be flakey white when cooked properly. Bring it back.

what did they cook it in? maybe that's why its pink?

Thanks Ladies. I didn't eat it b/c it just didn't seem right. I eat fish often but not talipia. It was all white and pink in the middle. unless it's salmon i was thinking pink was not so good.

talipia is usually white all the way through...i would stay away
