Should the candy buffet be at the CH or reception?

Should the candy buffet be at the CH or reception?
Should it be an additional table at the CH room? Or will the table be set up in the reception room?
Our CH room and reception room are adjacent to one another.

we had it towards the end of the reception , we did not have it IN the reception room, but rather in the large foyer that East Wind Estate has, so when guests left the reception they would see it.
I would not do it at the cocktail hour because then the people will have to carry it around, leave it on the tables, they might forget it...etc... I guess you could do it, but I like it better at the reception

Def display the candy buffet at the end of the reception dinner at the VH. It will go well with all the sweets

I plan on having it at the end of the reception. With all the good food at NRC, I wouldn't want guest to overindulge in sugar before the dinner.
