i sent them my CC# and the form to book my date there, but I haven't heard from them. Should I receive some kind of confirmation? Thanks

How long has it been? I got a confirmation card in the mail not long after I booked them.

I don't remember how long it took exactly, but two weeks doesn't sound unreasonable to me. I would call and ask to speak with Diana just to confirm that she received your application.
