Show me pics of the table set up in your reception

I need some ideas. I have to drop off all my things to the hall this week and I'm putting together a list of intruction on how I want things set up and know I'm getting confused.

I am having flower centerpieces as in the pic below with votive candler holders spread on both sides of it (my tables are oblong).

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE those CP's!! I'm doing similar colors for my Fall wedding too and that reception room is so beautiful!

In the first pic, we actually had the donation scrolls on everyone's plate but they got moved by the time we took the pictures, napkins were rolled up to match the lighthouse, and the menus were leaning against the water glasses. My caterer did the whole thing- I told him to use his judgement and I loved it!
