I feel like these are the things I'm missing. Since we're so worried about budget I've been mainly concerned with the big things and thinking we can't afford the 'little things'..but maybe I want to add some.
What are your 'Little things'?

I feel like that's all I have! Need to look into limos, DJ, photog, etc yet I know what favors, table #s, and place card holders are going to look like....

me too!! i just got in the mail, my pumpkin candle holders to use to decorate the place card table but I haven't booked a DJ or anything yet!!

I just (as in 5 minutes ago) picked my Channa plaque...only took 19 proofs! LOL
I'm not sure I'm into the napkins

Apologies now that the pics are huge, but here are some of our details:
For the CP's - votive holders
For CH tables - tea light holders
For after the church
We have a channa plaque, we are doing a jersey as our guest book, cracker jacks as favors, yankee ticket place cards, yankee player table numbers annnnndd i cant think of anything else
eta: we have bathroom napkins to go with our bathroom baskets, crystal initial cake topper, personalized cake topper my cousin is making us, yankee garter, steel drumb band for the CH... all that kinda stuff i consider extras

some of the little things im thinking of doing or buying
Blanket pic - going to have a pashmina basket instead of a flipflop/slipper basket for our outdoor cocktail hour
Favor bag - thinking of making these to put on the table for the vienesse hour, im not sure yet
Game over stickers - definitely wanna take a fun pic like this but maybe right side up lol
placecard tree - so far this is the only DIY i've officially commited to, just havent started it yet because i dont know how many people are going to rsvp yes yet so i dont know how big to make it
the favor bags and placecard tree somehow didnt make it lets try this again
I love the place card tree. How are you doing this? or are you buying it?

I have a spreadsheet that shows month by month what is left to do leading up to the wedding. As soon as I think of soemthing I add it so I won't forget. Helped us in visually seeing what payments are do when, etc...
Some little things..... - bridal party gifts, parents gifts - flowergirl baskets - ring bearer pillow or sign - cake topper - cake servere/cutter - toasting flutes - escort cards and display - favors, favor tags - flip flops, tissues, fans, etc... - ceremony programs - menus - table numbers - reserved signs for pews, chairs, etc... - personalized napkins - order wedding bands (yea we almost forgot this) - guest book, etc.. - postage for invites - OOT guest bags or gable boxes and the goodies inside - music play and do not play list - list of must take photos

We're going to have either a crossword puzzle or word search with fun facts about FH and I instead of having a traditional program. We feel like this will be fun for guests to do while they are waiting for the ceremony. The answers will be waiting for our guests at the table.
