ellie424, I love your centerpiece. that's EXACTLY what i want! did you get a quote on this? i'm not sure where to start, but my wedding is in july, so i'm scared it'll be out of season by then. thoughts?

Thank you! Unfortunately, I believe the season for cherry blossoms ends in May. I was told by my florist that I would be able to have cherry blossoms in May but not in June. I had spoken with my florist before FH and I set the date and we originally wanted to get married in June. Since the florist said CBs weren't possible in June (and we knew we def wanted them) we then decided to get married in May. Other florists I spoke with told me that CBs weren't even possible for mid-end May, but my florist, Designs by Rose, said that I could have them. What Rose does is have the CB trees put in a cold room and then a hot room so they have some more control over when they bloom. Since they won't be in season in July another option you can look into that looks similar to CBs is to have curly willow centerpieces with orchids attached by hand to the curly willow branches. HTH!
