i'm in love with this china. who is it by? i know you can get it at kohls, but i'm registered at Fortunoff and Bed Bath and Beyond. i wonder if either of them carry it...

FH is really pushing for the Denby Dots china. My problem is that I keep falling in love with all this gorgeous fine china, and I'm like, 'why can't I just find more durable plates that look like these?'

gooooooo for the denby. I wound up talking to the fine china salesman at Macy's for 20 minutes about Denby. He says it will last forever, and you can always get replacement plates.
Plus its freaking awesome looking.

You're not! I registered for plain white also, b/c I figure it won't go out of style. My moms china looks very dated, but I'm sure in 1975 it was cutting edge I just don't wnat to have to buy a big set of plates again in 8 years.

that is the same reason i love white plates. i desperately want square white plates like Melissa posted but i can't find them anywhere. I figure even if the square look dated, i could still get a way with them if they're white. i want them!!!
