Show Me Your Guest Book Ideas, PLEEEASE!

Hi ladies
I am trying to figure out what kind of guestbook to do. I hate those simple books with just regular pages you get in any craft store---I wanted something a little different. Maybea photo matte? Any ideas....where'd you get the supplies? Please post pics if you can!

here is mine.. It has our names & wedding date engraved on it. I wanted something simple, yet elegant.
