Show me your ORCHID bouquets!!

I want orchids as my bouquet and for my BMs either as a single flower or in combination!! I am so smitten but need more inspiration, can you show me yours???!

Here is one I simply LOVE! I am thinking of it for my MOH.

stunning keep in mind Orchids are Very pricey and are fragile.

Pricey, for sure ... However, not so fragile actually as they won't wilt for 24+ hrs when cut and out of water and waxy petals are fairly resistant.

phalaenopsis and cymbidium orchids I know hold up well - I thought the orchids shown in that photo are Miltoniopsis? I was told they were tempermental as I just asked about them recently - but maybe I got bad info.

Such a nice flower

I want to grow them but I dont have a green thumb

They are cymbidium orchids.

I don't know where my scans are, but you should find a copy of Wedding Flowers magazine. It is published in England but you can find it here at Barnes and Noble. There are great ideas in there, LOTS of orchids are used, and the arrangements are very unusual and not what you would see typically here in a US mag. I found my bo-k design in that mag. Highly recommend.
