ps: if you're going to DIY them, i'd print the guests' names directly on the card rather than have them hand-write it

i wish i had done that but i didn't think of it till it was too late

And the rest is blank for them to fill out.

mine are personalized they say something like

The courtesy of your replu is requested before the twenty seventh of July

Mr. & Mrs. John Smith

2 seats have been reserved for you at our wedding and reception

Yes, ___ of us will attend
___ Regretfully decline
