Hey all! So I think i'm going to start gathering everything and putting together my slipper baskets! My RH minimum is 250, but i'm estimating inviting 350 people. Lets say 1/2 of that is 175 females....do you think 150 flip flops/slippers would be enough? I want to get various sizes. Anyone have any idea how any of each size i should get? Also any reccomendations on where to get them? I also want to put them in organza bags with a little tag on them or maybe a ribbon.
Any ideas would be helpful, i need some inspiration!!!

I did the same calculation - 1/2 are women, so I got slightly less than that # since I always read that there are flip flops left. I see you're getting married in Oct too so I would def get slippers over flip flops since many ppl will prob be wearing tights if its chilly. HTH!

I got a pack of 48 assorted sizes. My guest list is about 240, but we are expecting maybe 180-200 to show. That means there are about 80-100 women in total, and maybe half will opt for flops.
It's a nice gesture, but dont go overboard and worry that every person will take them, bc they wont.

I have pics in my DIY album. I ordered the slippers from www.intertradecorp.com which I highly recommend. I ordered a few dozen and was also able to specify how many of each size I wanted.

ITA. Every wedding I've been to that has a flip flop basket didn't have near enough to cover all the women who attended. You have to consider that older guests probably won't take them and many people, myself included, bring their own.

Very true, but I rather have more than less. The last thing i want is someone getting upset that I ran out. Worst case senario....i have left over and I donate them to the psych/detox ward at my hospital.

Lol..it's a little confusing on the site. This is how they have it listed for the Chinese slippers:
1 to 7 $ 24.00 Dozen 8 to 47 $ 23.00 Dozen 48 or more $ 22.00 Dozen
They mean if you buy 1 - 7 dozen, each dozen is $24; if you buy 8 to 47 dozen, each dozen is $23; etc.
Is this what you were seeing on the site??
