You can resize pics by using the Resizer (there's a link at the top, next to Account and Forum Mail). It's a bit hit-and-miss... upload the file and tell it the percentage to scale by. It'll email you the resized file, which you can download and then try to post.

The much easier, more foolproof way to post pictures on LIW is to post them somewhere else online first. Any photo-hosting website will do. Lots of girls use photobucket (make a free account). I use picasaweb, which is linked to my google account. Once you upload a picture to a photo website, you can right-click and select 'copy image url'. It'll look like a regular website url, but it should end in an image suffix (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, etc).

Then, when you're posting on LIW, click 'Insert Web Image' (under the emoticons) and paste the image url there. And it'll post! No resizing required.
