Well as you know I LOVED the Gio Venuto Band. Seriously, Amazing. I have to talk to mommy and see what she says as she told me she would pay for music.
The food was great and the cake was soooo yummy. But I knew this coming in. Russo's is amazing. I've been there a bunch of times. Your wedding is going to be fabulous!!!

Hi! So I went to sandcastle, my RH, and fell in love with it all over again. I just love everything about it, down to everyone knowing my name :) it was a smalle showcase as spet with no cocktail hour or food but it was jsut as great! Dj put on a great show!! If u have any questions feel free to ask!

I was at the Sand Castle showcase too. I brought my parents and one sister and they loved it too!!! I'm going to book within the next few weeks, its so exciting!!!!! We also really like the DJ, but my dad thinks that since they are the house DJ and plugged into the surround sound, that they will charge you more. I have no idea if this is true.....well see when i chat with them

Great choice!!!!! I booked their dj and was very happy with their price! I was actually suprised!!!! They are very reasonable!cheaper than a lot others I looked at! And I got the percussionist as well! If u go ask for joe! He's awesome! Good luck!

I have had bad customer service experiences with Genesis so I don't think I'm going to wind up booking them. I called and asked for a price because I explained I lived in Brooklyn and needed to know if it was in my budget before going out to meet them which no vendor ever had a problem with but they kind of gave me attitude about it and refused. Then at a bridal show again they refused to talk about pricing with me so FH said he doesn't want to deal with them anymore. We just feel like they should be able to talk pricing and it bothers us that they wouldn't on two occasions, one on the phone and one in person.
We really liked the band that performed at Russo's but After Hours was our favorite DJ so far and the price they gave us was unbelievable so we think we are going to book them within the end of the month. Even though my mom said I could get the band, I feel like we should be putting that extra money she is offering elsewhere which is what she suggested.

Dina gave us a super rough estimate on GE's price range, but well talk with them sooner or later. We havent had any problems with them, thankfully. Fabio has been very nice to us, and we know that we would want him to be the MC. It stinks that they wouldnt discuss prices with you before hand...that retarded.
There is one other DJ from my area that i would inquire about, but i think the percs of being the house DJ and being hooked into the system kinda of makes a big deal. Plus they seem to have a lot of energy and the two showcases i've been too, i liked them alot.
I emailed Dina before, so hopefully will be booking with the SC very soon!

Yay! I'm glad you're booking soon! I meet Dina a couple of weeks ago and she seems like a doll too!
