okay so since most of my family lives down south I get to have 2 showers. I want my first shower to be the one down south. when should I have it? I don't need a specific date but just a month would be good. I don't want to have everything so close together. I think my girls are planning my shower here in Ny a month before the wedding.
also I am having 2 bachelorette parties! so I have to plan around those too *sighs*

If your wedding is in April your NY shower is a month before (March) you could have your other shower in January or February. Even earlier, like December would be ok if you want to space it out.

it is pretty cool but it just means more planning for me! since obviously it can't be a surprise because I have to fly down there. my maid of honor wants to be at both so I am trying to do it when it won't be crazy expensive to fly down there. or around a birthday. I first wanted August to get it out of the way, but that's hurricane season down there. it's so hard to pick a good month where nothing big is going on. December might be expensive because of the holidays. I also don't want to chance having hour long plane delays, as jet blue seems to always have. so yeah I think Jan might be perfect.
