I was at the store today looking for shower dresses, and I wasn't looking for a white dress and the sales lady told me I have to wear white, is that true? Is the bride suppose to wear white to her shower??

First off, You don't HAVE to do anything, nor do you HAVE to wear white!
Don't listen to the saleswoman unless she's the all-knowing Wedding God.
How about this? MUST you wear white on your wedding day? That saleswoman would say YES ABSOLUTELY meanwhile most of us are wearing ivory or diamond white. OoOooooo
Don't listen to anyone but yourself and maybe your family and/or friends.

I didnt buy a white dress, but now she has be second guessing it because it's no white
Don't listen to her. I was originally going to wear DARK purple but then changed my mind and more white. I WISH I wore that purple dress!!!
