Personally, I think the 1st one would be more for a bachelorette party, or night out kind of dress (totally it thought)
the second dress is more formal for your shower.
if it was me, i'd buy both

Do you know where your shower is going to be? IMHO, neither are really dressy at all. The first one looks like a beach cover-up. If you are having your shower at someone's home or some place very relaxed, the 2nd one would be fine.
ETA: The more I look at the 2nd one, the more I think you could dress it up to be good for a shower. That's my favorite of the two.

No-- i do like pink and black. Pink is the main color of wedding. I like yellow but idk in a dress.. I like black and white dresses too. Im plain = ( I can never pick out outfits for myself.
