Shower dress? Opinions please

possible shower dress

I just found this dress while searching through ebay...its jessica mclintock, its my size and its super cute.

What do you think of it as a shower dress? Should I bid on it??

ETA: Now I'm looking at it...I'm wondering if that silky material in white would be unflattering?

It looks like something I'd wear as lingerie but I don't have your fabulous figure. If you like it, go for it!

it's gorgeous!!! just make sure it won't be too short on you (opening gifts) bc you're tall!

i LOVE it!! But I do agree with Elizabeth that you don't want people to be able to look up your dress while opening gifts...that could make ya If it's long enough, I say go for it!!

I didn't even think about the length.....jessica mcclintock dresses tend to be so short on me. Now I'm thinking I might just pass on the dress

its a super cute dress... but if JM dresses are short on you, i would def be nervous about that one...

I love the dress, but I think it is too short for a shower dress since you'll be sitting in front of everyone the entire day and will probably mistakenly pull a Britney a few times.
