I really like both for different reasons..I like dress one for its length and I like dress two for its neckline..such a hadrdchoice!

both are pretty but i love #1
i would do 1 for shower, 2 for rehearsal dinner because i think of shower as more fun and daytime (usually) and rehearsal dinner as more evening and dressy
