my sister just called and she is planning my shower. She has been great and done everything but she said she is out of the loop on what is a good shower favor??? I told her I would check with the girls on here.
any thoughts? something edible/sweet???

I just went to a bridal shower & they gave out the little honey jars you would see on the favor web sites along with alittle jar of honey. I thought it was adorable. I asked my sister to get Dortoni bakery bridal cake cookies. It's shaped like a cake. They are around $3.50 each.

The honey is a very cute idea.
I also like the bridal cookies as a favor. Eleni's has the cutest bridal cookies or for any occassion. Don't know if you've ever seen that site. Elenis can be a little pricey but I am going to check prices. Thanks for the reminder about bridal cookies.

My sister did hand painted oil bottles at my shower and they had dried rosemary in it and had tags that said 'seasoned with love' in Italian (my shower was at an Italian restaurant).
For my sisters shower in July we are making centerpieces that have all different serving utensils in it! (Someone in LIW gave me this idea bc my sister loves to bake and cook and we are doing a cooking theme!) So I am excited for the CP which double as a favor!!!!

these are great....seasoned with love and love the idea of cp with baking utensils. I love to bake too. Just trying to avoid it these days so I can fit in my dress lol!
will there be flowers along with the utensils mixed in? trying to visualize?

the price will vary depending on where you buy them from and how many you order...if you google the whole name 'love is brewing' kitchen timer, you'll see different websites that carry them

These wew mine as well, I actually told my mother to get them after I got them at a shower for a favor. Use it all the time and very inexpensive, Everyone loved them. And they came with a hang tag that said Thank you already.
