Shower ? for brides that know when their bridal shower is.

Its very important for my MOH to make my shower a total surprise. She wants me to be shocked like I was for my 30th birthday party. I'm 98% sure that I know when my shower is. Are you ladies going to pretend that you are surprised?

My bridal shower isn't being planned as a surprise, so it would be weird if I pretended to be surprised

But if your friends & family have gone out of their way to surprise you, then I'd suggest an Academy Award performace

I know Im so not going to pretend. I will just say wow about the decor and food and things like that because that will be a surprise but that is it.

if i knew and wasn't supposed to, i'd act suprised. but i know when mine so i can't really help you 100% hun. but i think that's what i would've done.

I admitted I wasn't suprised...but I acted like I just found out the day of....I didn't want to disappoint my mom and MOH-that I had figured it out & all their efforts were wasted- but I didn't want ot lie all day & they for the rest of my life!!!!!!!!!!

I did. It was very important to my girls that I was suprised, so I made sure I acted totally surprised when I walked thru that door.

I knew when my shower was...but that was intentional, I would say definitely try and act surprised, but dont try too hard if you know what I mean

If I should find out on the DL, I will def act surprised. I know how much work they all put into it and just because I know, or think I might know I will not ruin it for them.

Same here - it was important to me to know the date so I can get dressed up and everything. The location, decor, and guest list are all a surprise to me though.

I thought I was going to have to pretend just a little bit but i was SOOo shocked to see everything come together and see the presents and the people who were all there for me- dont worry the feeling will come naturally!

Nah. Everyone knows that I know. I think. My mom told me when it was, so it's possible that some of the guests think I'm being surprised, but they'll figure it out. Hell, I bought some of the decorations! (I feel bad that my mom is spending so much on this.)
