Shower gift

My cousin (boy) is getting married and we just got the invite to his fiance's shower. I am very close to him, we grew up together and are only 6 months apart.

I wanted to buy her a gift off the registry (her pots & pans) but I also wanted to get him something too. Should I get him like a starter tool set or a saet of mugs with his favorite team or just stick to the registry?

I think I would like it if I got one off the registry and then something personal.

I like the idea of getting him something personal. Whatever his hobbies are try and work with that...

I think you can get him something also. I like that idea. The registry is to help people buy something. I think it is a great idea if you get her something she wants off the registry and then get him something.

that's a great idea! when my friend had her shower--i'm good friends with her man, so for her shower i got stuff for her, but i also made sure to get somethign that i knew he had put on the registry....a six pack holder beer koozie. he loved it.

i would see if there is anything on the registry that looks like he definitely wanted it, like a bar set or something and go for it!
