Shower Gift Help

Ok, ladies, get your creative thinking caps on!

I'm the MOH in my friends wedding in July. She's been through a lot and I just want to make everything INCREDIBLY special for her...she deserves happiness and everything that comes with it!

That being said, I want to start getting some sentimental/cute shower gifts together for her now. Her and her FH have been living together for years (they have a house) and have a 2 1/2 year old little girl (my little peanut...love her to death).

Any ideas jump out at you? I'm slightly crafty (I can follow directions really well ) Did your bridal partyMOH do anything special or fun for you?

A very nice touch at a shower I attended was a honeymoon basket - themed for Hawaii with a movie camera and gift certificate for honeymoon.

They also had everyone bring a recipe card and had a personalized recipe box on the table where everyone added their own recipe to box.

The bridal party gave all the exta pieces (platter, bowls) to the bride since she had everything else for her everyday china.
