Shower gift or wedding gift?

I'm having my shower next weekend and have started receiving stuff from my registry. It's like Christmas everyday! I just have one question. We received a gift from my fiance's coworker who isn't invited to the shower. She's coming to the wedding though. Is it safe to assume the gift she sent is a shower gift or would it be the wedding gift? Our wedding isn't until August. Any ideas?
