So I bought my BMs a little something for putting together my shower, should I give them their gifts when the guests leave or should I give them while it's going on. I know it's a dtupid question but I'm not sure what I want to do as yet.

I would do it when the guests leave. My mom bought all of my girls a little something as a thank you, and she waited until everyone else left to give it to them.
