My BP asked for my guest list to the shower. Should I include family that's out-of-town on the list? I really don't expect my Aunts who live in TX, NE, & FL to fly up just for the shower, but I also don't want to be rude and leave them out. What's the right thing to do?

I wouldn't expect them to come either, but thye might get offended if they aren't even asked if they want to come.

I would include them. IMO, it's nice for them to be asked either way and also they might want to know where you are registered.

yeah- i totally don't want to offend anyone or leave anyone out. i was just afraid it might look like i was just sticking a hand out for more shower gifts. maybe i will just leave it up to my mom!

We did invite OOT guests, this way they didnt get offended b/c they werent.

You send them invites out of respect for your family, that's what I am doing for my OOT Guests.

I didn't include them on the list for the shower... only becuase I thought it might look like we were asking for a gift becuase they are in Cali, and Barbados... I doubt they are coming... and I doubt they will be offended.
Thats what I did... I guess I am the odd one out...

ETA: The way I look at it is that it's just a matter of location. I mean, they would be invited if they lived the next town over, so I wouldn't think it would come across as just looking for gifts. They are part of the family and you want to include them no matter where they live.
