Shower help PLEASE

My friend /Co-worker is planning her daughter's bridal shower.. and has enlisted my help.

She wants a place on the Queens/LI border.. she lives in Bayside.

Needs..

-to hold 100-120 people
-good food
-parking
-to be pretty ... not really outdated

She liked Jonathans in Garden City Park but they didn't have enough room.

Novita is their sister restaurant next door to Waterzooi and may be bigger for the amount of people they are expecting.

caffe on the green is in bayside. Definitely check it out. If you want other parts of queens though let me know. But seems like shes having a real big shower so some restaurants might not be able to do it so thats why caffe on the green is a good choice, it definitely has the space.

Thanks Denise, she actually went there but the upstairs room was booked on the date she wanted to have it. She has to have it a certain weekend because some guests are coming from farrrrrrr away.

I had my shower at the George Washington Manor in Roslyn. It was so nice and the food is awesome! They have a lot of rooms, all different sizes. The service is incredible and they're very reasonably priced.

It IS awesome there, I went to a shower there a few months ago.. but unfortunately that's where her cousin just had her bridal shower.. and they don't want to be copycats apparently.

hmmm what about verdi's of whitestone...Ive never been there though so not sure what its like.

Leonards, somebody who had a big shower did it there.

what about the carltun?

russo's on the bay, i think crystan08 had her shower there and it looked beautiful. Theres also villa russo's, matteo', theyre all in howard beach.
