I am the Manager of HR at my company and we recently hired 2 accounting assistants whom I work with at least 1-4 times a day. Shower will be in approx 1-2 months, I guess. Do I add them to the guest list? All the other women in my office are being invited.

Thats an awkward situation. I say invite them if you are inviting all the other ladies & you like them.

That is awkward. If you invite them to the shower, I assume you're inviting them to the wedding?
I would invite them to the shower but maybe you could tell them they shouldn't feel pressured to come. They may not want to shell out money for a gift for a relatively new co-worker.

I had 2 girls start at my job a month ago and my invites for the shower were already out. I was trying to decide if I should invite them to the wedding but I decided not to I don't know whats in the future... I really didn't feel obligated to because they were literally there a month and my invites went out.

I wouldn't invite them. When I decided to invite my office (small) I decided that I would not invite any new people. Everyone I currently work with has been there over a year.
And personally, I would never be insulted not being invited to the shower of a person that I had just met. Weddings are expensive. I would actually wonder why I was invited.
