shower invite question

shower invite question

I made a list for my bridal shower...
Am i supposed to include women from FH's side, such as first female cousins, aunts and people like that?

Obviously FMIL and FSIL are invited, but I was sure about others!!

yes you have to invite his family as well

i know my family my friends my moms friends and my fh family and fmil friends all invited

I let my FMIL decide who on the list she wanted to be there.

I actually did the same now that I think of it :0)

I didn't want to PO FMIL.... I already do a good job of that being myself LOL

i did the same thing. i had FMIL email me a list of people she wanted invited. we'll see who shows up.

My mom and sister are inviting pretty much all of the women on FH's side that were invited to the engagement party with the exception of a few that I felt were uneccessary as they aren't even THAT close to FH or his family and I didn't want them to feel like I was just inviting them for a gift. HTH!

Yeah, thats the thing, FH isnt that close to any of the females in his family. So Im not sure if I should be inviting them! I guess I will see what FMIL says about it. Thanks girl!

yes, then definitely in that case I'd ask FMIL
