Is it in a restaurant? If so, I would wear something nicer than jeans so you're obviously the center of attention. You don't want a guest more dressed up than you! That's my way of thinking anyway. You're the guest of honor! Dress up! I would say even black pants and a nice top would be better than jeans. It's a special occasion! YOURS!
I wore a dress for mine, and I'm so glad I did! Now in my pics, I'm obviously the bride!

definitley dress up a little...a skirt or nice pants are nice...you will be in a lot of pictures, so you'll be the center of attention....

Cute dress or skirt and pretty little sweater. I would dress up, but my family also dresses up for everything and anything!

Dress up, but not too much. Be comfortable, you'll be sitting a lot, but be prettied up, you are the main attraction...OH AND HAVE FUN!!!
