how did you give your moh or bridal party a list of all the women invited to the wedding? did u just type it in word or is there a fancier way?

I haven't done it yet BUT I am the MOH in my friends wedding right now and she typed the list up in excel and highlighted certain people she wanted invited to certain things...

i have my guest list for the wedding typed up in excel - i gave it to my sister with the shower definited in bold and the shower maybes in italics.
