Shower location adn rehersal dinner ideas

I am getting so sick of planning this freaking wedding!!!

Does anyone have location ideas for showers??? My mom wants to have it at my house but I knowww it's going to become a headache and I have WAY too much going on to have to worry about a shower at the house too!!!

My shower was at the Carltun . . . so that is probably of no help to you. Maybe check out the Inn at NHP, they have a great room where they would normally do the VH. Our rehearsal dinner was at Jack Duggans' in Floral Park, it was great. GL!!

George Washington Manor? Or Swan Club has a smaller room that my cousin had her daughter's christening in.

Or City Cafe in Garden City - might be too small for 70 people though.

MY friend just had her shower at Johnathans in garden city.

They have a separate room and the staff was very nice and friendly. The room is really pretty.

I think she had around 70ppl

My shower was at Palmer's in Farmingdale. It was fantastic.

Seventh Street Cafe in Garden City.... no one had any complaints and the food was excellent!

Davenport Press, Mineola. Large seperate Room, good food & reasonable prices. My shower was there and we had about 55 with plenty of extra room.

Umberto's in New Hyde Park has a separate room upstairs that would be big enough. The food is really yum!
