I had my e-party at Il Cortile in Little Italy. I know my SIL had her shower there. I don't know if they do brunch. Check out their site

Definately check out St. Bart's Cafe. I planned a brunch there last year for my sororities founder's day. It is a gorgeous location, price was great, and the food was good too.
