I was just invited to my FI's friend's future wife's shower (that was a mouthful). I don't really know her, and although they are invited to my wedding, I would not invite her to my shower.
We will obviously be giving them a gift for their wedding in June...
I'm not going to go, but should I send her a shower gift??

My instinct says yes send one. It's just the polite thing to do.

Re: Shower Question?
Maybe you can pick something not too expensive off her registry if she has one.

Re: Shower Question?
Personally, call me cheap, I'd spend like 50 bucks, tops.

I'd spend even less than that. $30 maybe.

Re: Shower Question?
I just checked their registry, and WOW!! There are a lot of expensive items - what kills me is this is a second marriage AND they already have a house!!!
Am I being cheap here??

spend as little as you can. If you have to, get them a gift certiifcate to wherever they are registered to.

Re: Shower Question?
I was going to suggest a gc too. That's probably the most hassle free thing to do.
