Shower Thank You cards

Here is another etiquette question.

When I write a thank you card for a shower gift do I say thank you from both of us or just from me?

I've seen it both ways, but I plan to write them so that the card will be from me, but somehow add fh into what I say. Something like this:
Dear Jane,
Thanks so much for the place setting. FH and I can't wait until we can invite you to a dinner party! Thanks again,

Of course, I'll put a little more thought into my real thank you cards, I just wanted to show you how I'l do it.

It can be done either way. This is the way I wrote mine:

(Fi's Name) and I can't thank you enough for the kind and thoughtful gift...etc.

(My name)

I signed my thank you's from the both of us. Afterall, we're both going to be using the gifts...
