I ordered really cute personalized stationary for our thank you cards but I just ran out of them. Is it ok to buy general thank you cards, like something I'd send out for a birthday gift? I'm really late on sending out these thank yous and I don't have time to order more, I have to physically buy them. TIA

I think you are fine to just purchase non-matching cards and get them finished up. I don't think most guests would even realize, as long as they get a thank you that's all that matters
