shower thank yous

did you write exactly what the person gave you in your thank yous?
Like thank you for the
toaster overn, mixing bowls, salad bowl etc....
i have to send mine out and Im wondering.

if someone gave me 1 thing then i wrote it in the card. but if it was a few things i wrote 'thank you for all of the generous gifts'.

i made a point to make each shower thank you very personalized. I don't like when I receive a thank you note that could be written to anyone. I mentioned the gift(s) and just tried to make each one interesting.
