Was it a couples shower or a shower just in your honor? If it was just in your honor I would say just your name. That is what I am going to do.

I will be signing ours with my and FH's name even know it's just us ladies at the shower. It is the both of us getting married and I feel that it's the way we would like to take care of our thank yous.
